Yes, although it is super easy to make bookings once made they cannont be viewed or edited by anyone except the person who made the booking or authorized staff at your organization.

The number of calendars you have is determined by the plan you select. You will not have any limit on the number of calendars you can create during the Free Trial so that you can be sure you know which plan to select.

When you create your myBookingSheet account you get a unique web link for example: app.mybookingsheet.com/joe-chiropractor you can share this with your clients in a number of ways, either by simply emailing them the link, or by adding a “Book” button to your website that points to that link.

When a booking is made your clients are emailed a confirmation link with the details of the booking. A one time password for that specific booking is included in the email along with instructions on how to change the booking.

When your free trial ends we will keep all your appointment data safe for a further 30 days before deleting it. You can decide anytime during that period to subscribe to myBookingSheet. We are sure you and your customers will love it right away though.

myBookingSheet is designed to make it as easy as possible for your client to book your services. There are no user based fees, you can add as many employees to your account as you need at not cost and you can have as many clients as possible booking your services as possible. The pricing tiers in myBookingSheet are related to how many calendars you have and with each tier more advanced features are added.

To subscribe to myBookingSheet you need to submit your credit card details, we will bill you monthly. South African customers who perfer to set up a monthly debit order are welcome to do so.

In the unlikely event you want to stop using myBookingSheet, just send us an email at info@mybookingsheet.com and we will export all your booking and customer data and stop billing you. This doesn't happen often though - folks love myBookingSheet!
